Integrations
What is an integration?
An integration is best compared to an invisible connection between two or more systems. There is often no way to see which integrations are active or how they work, as they run in the background.
Building multiple integrations versus one application
As companies grow and adopt more digital tools, a situation often arises where multiple integrations are needed to make and keep everything workable. Unfortunately, there are limits to what is possible with an integration and, as such, manual actions are required. Because of this, many companies are getting to the point where it may be a better option to have a custom application built allowing for all the data to be centralized and where extensions are possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an integration cost?
The budget you need to have an integration developed varies greatly depending on what is needed, each integration is unique and is developed on a custom basis. Setting up an integration starts from € 1.200.
Can I integrate all systems with each other?
You can make an integration as long as both systems you want to connect with each other (technically) allow it. Often there is an API or there are multiple webhooks that we can use to continue. Unfortunately, some systems are outdated and there are no options here. Contact us if you have a question about this!
How long does it take to set up an integration?
Most of the work in setting up integrations is often learning the ways of working of the different systems. Afterwards we can apply the logic and proceed to implementation. Setting up an integration can be done in as little as 2 weeks, depending on requirements and systems.
Is it better to build a custom application?
It depends. If you want to integrate more like 3 systems with each other it will become increasingly difficult to keep everything workable. In addition, spreading data through the different systems is usually clumsy work and you often need manual actions to keep everything up to date. If you recognize these problems an application can be a good solution for your situation.
