    Introduction

    To work out a suitable design, we first need sufficient information from you. During an introductory meeting we learn about your project and discuss the structure you have in mind.

    Haven’t considered the structure yet? Use wireframes and save costs.

    Existing style

    As a next step, we look at any existing style elements. This can be in the form of existing designs (e.g. brochure, business cards, etc.) or a document which outlines the corporate identity.

    Creation

    With all the information, the desired structure and the existing elements, we start working on an attractive design. Here, we combine our experience and knowledge of marketing, UI and UX, to draw attention to the important elements for the greatest impact.

    Presentation

    When the design is ready we schedule a meeting with you. We walk you through all the pages that were designed and explain why we made certain choices. As we are creating an interactive design, we click through the design as a user or visitor will do when the project is launched.

    Finalisation

    As a final step, we incorporate any comments made during the presentation into the final version of the design. When this is done you will receive a link where you can find the final design which can be shared with other people or companies.

  • What are the advantages of a custom design?

    There are numerous advantages to having a design tailored to your business. The most important is that you can present your own brand consistently to (potential) customers. This allows you to build recognition and trust with visitors who come into contact with your company or brand online (often for the first time).

  • Why not use an existing theme?

    There are a lot of existing themes that you can purchase at a low price because they are sold in bulk. For individuals starting a new business with very limited capital this can be a temporary solution, however, for businesses looking to grow this is not the best option. In reality, it means that you will not have a unique style which makes your brand less recognizable and unique. From experience we know that a generic theme causes less interaction and generates little or no interest among visitors.

  • How long will it take for my design to be ready?

    The time we need to make a design depends on several factors including the desired structure, size of the project, existing elements and the corporate identity. It is possible to have a design ready in 2 – 3 weeks.

  • How many iterations are made?

    In order to pursue high quality, each design is critically reviewed internally by at least two people before it is shown to you. After we have discussed the design together, we make adjustments where necessary. Often we find that no major adjustments are needed and only a few details change. If the design doesn’t appeal to you enough we will gladly make some variations for you to choose from.
